A Bit About Us
District Council 37 Health & Benefit Fund is located at 420 West 45th Street in New York, New York. The Fund was established pursuant to the Trust Agreement on June 12, 1975, for the purpose of providing benefits to the employees, their families and dependents of contributing employer agencies thru their collective bargaining agreements with Local’s 107, 215, 253 and District Council 1707 AFSCME-CSA AFL-CIO.

The Fund currently provides Hospital, Medical, Dental, Optical and group Life Insurance benefits.

Benefit Highlights
Eligibility: Eligible dependents are your lawful spouse, domestic partner, and your dependent children up to age 26 (without employer sponsored coverage).

Open Enrollment
Each year you have the opportunity to review your current health insurance benefits and make changes for the upcoming benefit year. This year the Fund will hold Open Enrollment beginning December 1, 2023 thru December 15, 2023. Only during the Funds Open Enrollment period can you enroll or make changes in coverage status in the DC 37 Health and Benefit Fund unless you experience a Special Enrollment Event(s).
